Tranquil Twilight Mocktail: A Caffeine-Free Sleepy Time Delight

  • 1 cup brewed Tribal Tea Co. Chamomile-Peppermint tea, chilled 
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice 
  • 1/4 cup coconut water 
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste) 
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish 


  • Start by brewing a cup of Tribal Tea Co. Chamomile-Peppermint tea. Allow it too steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea and let the tea cool to room temperature before chilling it in the refrigerator. 
  • Once the tea is chilled, fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled Chamomile-Peppermint tea, pineapple juice, coconut water, honey, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to combine all the ingredients and chill the mixture further. 
  • Strain the mocktail into a glass filled with ice cubes. 
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and extra freshness. 
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Tranquil Twilight Mocktail as a soothing and caffeine-free drink to unwind and relax before bedtime.
